How do I place an order?

Browse the shop, add items to your cart and check out securely online, or message us on WhatsApp and we will help you order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure card payments online through DPO Pay. You can also arrange payment when ordering via WhatsApp.

Do you deliver across Botswana?

Yes. We deliver in Gaborone and nationwide through our trusted courier network.

How much does delivery cost?

A standard delivery fee applies, and delivery is free on larger orders. See our Delivery page for the current fees.

Can I pay a deposit and the balance on delivery?

Selected products offer a part-payment option — pay a deposit now and the balance on delivery. You will see this option at checkout where it is available.

Can you brand or personalise items with my logo?

Yes. Many products can be branded with your company logo or personalised. Choose the branding option on the product and our team will contact you for the artwork after checkout.

Do you take corporate and bulk orders?

Absolutely. We welcome corporate gifting and bulk orders — contact us for a quote.
