All prices are shown in Botswana Pula (BWP) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to accept or decline any order.

An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received. Until then, items in your cart are not reserved.

Online payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your card details on this website at any point.

Goods remain the property of Whoopee! until payment has cleared in full. Where a product offers a deposit option, the balance falls due as set out at checkout.

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders promptly across Botswana. Delivery times shown on the site are estimates in working days and may vary depending on your location and courier schedules.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full details are on our Delivery & Shipping page.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Items must be returned unused, in resalable condition and in their original packaging where possible. Personalised or branded items cannot be returned unless faulty. See our full Returns & Refunds policy.

Where you ask us to brand or personalise a product, you confirm that you have the right to use the artwork or logo supplied, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

Branded orders are produced to the approved artwork and cannot be cancelled once production has started.

We collect only the information needed to process your order, deliver it to you and improve our service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Details you share with us — such as your name, address and contact details — are used solely to fulfil your order and to reply to your enquiries.

Product images and descriptions are provided as a guide and may differ slightly from the item delivered. We work to keep stock, pricing and content accurate, but cannot guarantee the site is error-free or available without interruption.

All site content, including images and text, belongs to Whoopee! unless otherwise stated.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Botswana. We may update them from time to time, and the version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.
